By installing, accessing, or using Word Replacer III ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

Word Replacer III is a browser extension that allows users to find and replace text on webpages they visit. The Extension operates entirely within your browser. All processing is done locally on your device.

3. Free Software

The Extension is provided completely free of charge. There are no premium tiers, subscriptions, or paid features. This is in keeping with the original spirit of Word Replacer II by G3Kappa.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the replacement rules you create and the content you choose to modify. The developer is not responsible for any misuse of the Extension.

5. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Intellectual Property

Word Replacer III and all related materials are the intellectual property of Khizar Rehman. The name, logo, and branding may not be used without permission. See the License page for full details on permitted use.

8. Third-Party Services

The Extension optionally uses TinyURL's public API when you choose to use the "Share list" feature. Your use of TinyURL is subject to their terms of service. No other third-party services are used.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when the terms were last modified.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the Extension or any part of it at any time without notice.
